Andrew Humke paints hypnotic disciplines in bright oils, on large un-stretched canvases. Singular concepts are assembled from sets of repetitions. The paintings’ margins are streaked with raucous warm-ups.

Accompanying the paintings will be Freedom Routines: a zine of art instructions, a recipe book for new experiences, and a set of proposals for experimental rituals.
